Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The services and information provided by Wiba Srl to the user are subject to the following Terms of Use. Wiba Srl reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Through the website wiba.it, Wiba Srl allows users to access a wide range of resources, services, download areas, and product information (collectively referred to as “Services”). Materials Provided to Wiba Srl or Posted on Its Website

Wiba Srl does not claim ownership of materials provided by users (including comments and suggestions) or materials published or submitted to any Service or associated services for viewing by the public or members of public or private communities (collectively referred to as “Submissions”).

However, by posting Submissions, users grant Wiba Srl, its affiliates, and its necessary suppliers the permission to use the Submissions in connection with the operation of its online activities (including all Services), including the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display and perform, reproduce, modify, translate, and reformat the Submissions. Wiba Srl also reserves the right to publish the user’s name in connection with the Submissions and to grant such rights to any suppliers of the Services.

No compensation will be paid to users with respect to the use of their Submissions as provided herein. Wiba Srl is under no obligation to publish or use any Submission provided by users and is authorized to remove such Submissions at any time and at its sole discretion.
